A private lesson is 60 - 90 minutes and allows you to deeply explore your own physical body, focus on proper alignment, target specific areas of your body and improve how you feel physically, mentally and emotionally.
A semi-private lesson allows you to practice with a small group while enjoying the same benefits of a private lesson. Consider us for your next Girls Night Out, Theme Party, Bridal Shower or Happy Yoga Hour.

What To Expect
It is best to practice with an empty stomach and wearing comfortable clothing. It is traditional to practice with bare feet. A yoga mat adds comfort and prevents slipping. Bring your own mat; we will provide one for first timers. It is important to stay hydrated so be sure to drink plenty of water after your practice.
