Costa Rica

Gratitude.  I’m returning from a visit to Costa Rica with a grateful and open heart.   It is a beautiful country, rich in natural resources and vibrant from the energy of the people. Walking in the tropical forest with only the sounds of nature and my breath gave me the opportunity to clear my mind, re-center and refocus.  
 
Costa Rica’s Minister of Culture, Manuel Obregon, is also a musician and he captured the sounds, aromas and shapes of the rainforest by taking his piano to the rainforest and recording.  Listening
and enjoying the sounds of the rainforest will always remind me of the beauty and simplicity of life and Costa Rica.
